FAQ's 

Do you allow walk in appointments?

No, our services are by appointment only. Follow our Instagram for day of openings!

Can I book more than one service at a time?

Yes! Our booking site does allow for multiple service bookings.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?

All major credit and debit cards. Cash must be exact. 

Are guest allowed?

Due to the size of the studio space guest are only allowed to wait in designated waiting areas. 

No guests will be permitted in the treatment room (unless you are a parent/guardian or caregiver). 

Should I wash my face before my appointment?

It's best to arrive with a bare face, which means free of makeup. If this is not possible, no worries! 

Why should I get a facial?

In simple words facials improve the texture, tone, and overall health of the skin. When you look good, you feel good! 

Will I breakout after a facial?

With the introduction of new products to the skin it is possible that some breakouts may occurs as the impurities are driven to the surface of the skin. This does not always happen, but if it does, the breakouts are usually minimal.

What is an extraction?

It is the manual removal of impurities such as blackheads and pustules.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Most of our products re free of harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrances and dyes which make them great for everyone. However, some of the skincare products do contain essential oils and active ingredients. Please be sure to notify us if you are pregnant, expecting or nursing prior to your appointment. 

What is a contraindication? 

 Anything (including a symptom or medical condition) that is a reason for a person to not receive a particular treatment or procedure because it may be harmful. Please notify us of any symptoms or medical conditions prior to your appointment. A good time to do this would be when filling out the consultation or intake form.
