Late Policy

OUR GRACE PERIOD IS 10 MINUTES. AFTER 10 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT PAID FOR THAT BOOKING AND A $30 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.

RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS MUST BE DONE 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF THE DEPSOIT AND A $30 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
